Summer 2024, here we come!

This bootcamp will be all about preparing ourself for a good start of summer 2024. 

You will have an ultimate full body workout guide (gym based) were we work on strength and combustion. Together with your workout guide you going to have a recipe book with delicious summer recipes that you can bring yourself all summer even after this bootcamp ends. 

WORKOUT GUIDE Full body workout guide are gym based and have a split of 3 workouts per week. All exercises are video based and easy to follow along throughout the app. 

RECIPE BOOK with a collection of 40 recipes from various categories, I provide you with a rich meal inspiration, scaled to your individual calorie goals.

COMMUNITY CHAT All bootcamp members have access to a community chat where you can talk with each other. You can share your latest workout, recipes or whatever you have in mind. All to make this bootcamp experience even more fun and motivational!

This is a one time payment bootcamp so when the 4 weeks are done, you still have access to your guides in the app, which means you have no subscription to take into account!

WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

Let me introduce BOOTCAMP for you!

Bootcamp is a concept where you train together with other women through my app. You get a full workout program and each workout take approximately 15-45 minutes to perform depend on what bootcamp you choose.

All workouts, whatever bootcamp, are carefully described with video guides and all exercises have different type of levels. This mean you can start my bootcamps as a beginner but also as a intermediate.

What’s make my bootcamp concept so special is that all bootcamp have their own community chat where you can chat with other participants in same bootcamp.

I will also be available in all chats if there’s something you need help with throughout your bootcamp period.

ABOUT ME

I am Linn Jacobsson and I have helped other women  with training and food since 2017. I started my passion to training already as a kid when I was a gymnast. In a age of 17 I quit my gymnastic career and slowly approached the gym world. I started my Instagram account around 2013 and two years later I had created a ”fitness” page without intention.

Here I am today, mom of a 4 years old and 6 months twins, still working with social media and helping and inspire other women to take care of their health.
