Hej Godbitar!

Har verkligen kickat igång detta året med två grymma träningspass. Igår stod ben med fokus rumpa på schemat och idag blev det ett ryggpass med riktigt bra kontakt. Tänkte jag skulle dela med mig av rygg övningarna jag körde idag och hur jag kombinerade dessa i olika superset.

Superset 1:

  • Lat Pulldown – 15 x 3 (Picture 1, 2 & 3)
  • One Hand Lat Pulldown – 15 x 3 on each side (Picture 4 & 5)

Superset 2:

  • Reverse Cable Cross 15 x 3 (Picture 6 & 7)
  • Narrow Lat Pulldown 15 x 3

Superset 3:

  • Cable Side Raises – 15 x 3 on each side
  • Standing Lat Pushdown – 15 x 3

 

Jag avslutade passet med 45 minuter PW i lutning. Hoppas ni fick lite inspiration till nästa ryggpass! Kör hårt!! <3

Hello Gorgeous!

I really kicked off this year with two awesome workouts. Yesterday was legday with focus on booty and today it became a back workout with really good contact. This is the back exercises I trained today and how I combined them in different supersets.

Superset 1:

  • Lat Pulldown – 15 x 3 (Picture 1, 2 & 3)
  • One Hand Lat Pulldown – 15 x 3 on each side (Picture 4 & 5)

Superset 2:

  • Reverse Cable Cross 15 x 3 (Picture 6 & 7)
  • Narrow Lat Pulldown 15 x 3

Superset 3:

  • Cable Side Raises – 15 x 3 on each side
  • Standing Lat Pushdown – 15 x 3

 

I ended the session with 45 minutes uphill PW on the treadmill. Hope you got some inspiration for your next back workout! Work hard babes!! <3
