RECIPE – FISH SOUP

  

  


 

Here comes a really easy recipe that I want to share with you. Perfect a cold Monday like today!

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  • 1,5 yellow onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 dl cooking cream 4%
  • 0,25 gram saffron
  • 5 dl strained tomatoes
  • 8 dl water
  • 1,5 dl fish fund
  • salt & cayenne pepper
  • salmon
  • asparagus
  • shrimps

 

Do like this:

1. Cut the onion into pieces. Mince the garlic. Peel and cut the carrots into pieces.

2. Fry the onion and garlic in coconut oil. Add the carrot pieces. Add rest of ingredients in a saucepan except the fish. Allow to cook for 15 minutes.

3. Cut the fish and asparagus into pieces and cook them in the soup the last 5 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Garnish with shrimps.
