TODAY`S LEGWORKOUT
Hej sötnosar!
Startade denna vecka med ett riktigt svettigt ben pass. Puuh, vad helgens gottigheter fick pumpas ut 😉
Tänkte varje fall dela med mig av detta som innehöll följande övningar:
- Barbell Squat, 20kg (15×3)
- Jumping lunge with a 5kg weight, (12×3 on each leg)
- Cable side kicks, 15kg (15×3 on each leg) Bild 3
- Barbell side split squat, only bar (15×3 on each side)
- Cable back kicks, 20kg (15×3 on each leg)
- Barbell one leg squat, front foot on bench, (10×3 each leg) Bild 1 och 2
- Hamstring curl machine, (15×4)
- Jumping squats, (20×3)
Sista övningen som var jumping squats gjorde verkligen ont. Mina ben var alldeles skakiga efter sista repetitionerna. Önskar att alla träningar hade blivit såhär. Älskar känslan när man inte orkar en ända repetition till. Härligt! Jag avslutade hela passet med en 35 minuter PW.

Hi Sweethearts!
Started this week with a really sweaty leg workout which contained the following exercises:
- Barbell Squat, 20kg (15×3)
- Jumping lunge with a 5kg weight, (12×3 on each leg)

- Barbell side split squat, only bar (15×3 on each side)
- Cable back kicks, 20kg (15×3 on each leg)

The last exercise, jumping squats, really hurts. My legs were very shaky after final reps. Wish all the workouts had been like this. Love the feeling when you can’t manage one more rep. Lovely! I completed the session with a 35 minutes PW.
