Hej Godbitar!

Startade dagen med ett intensivt magpass följt av 30 min cardio. Såhär såg passet ut:

Superset 1:

  • Standing crunches in cable machine, 15 x 4
  • Crunches on buso-ball with hands in cable machine, 15 x 4

Superset 2:

  • Leg raises with arms in 90 degrees with bar in hands, 15 x 3
  • Side crunches on buso-ball with one hand in cable machine, 15 x 3

Superset 3:

  • Russian twist, 30 x 3
  • Cable rotation, 15 x 3 (each side)
