TODAY’S BOOTY EXERCISES


  

Today’s booty – and hamstring workout including this exercises:

  • Lumberjack squats, 15 x 4 
  • Deadlift in Cable machine, 20 x 4
  • Kick backs in Cable machine, 15 x 3 
  • Squats with kettlebell 15 x 3
  • Side walk in resistance band 15 x 6
  • Side kicks in Cable machine, 15 x 3 
  • Hamstring Curls 15 x 4

…and finishing with 30 minutes uphill Powerwalk, just like I said in yesterday’s blogpost about my workout plan for the week!  If you don’t know what exercise it is, just Google it. I always try to use Google friendly name on each exercise so you easy can search how to do. It’s tuff to show pictures at all of them every time I share my workouts.
